- What shipping option should I select?
- We offer a variety of options but the bottom line is that we cannot guarantee PostNet delivery. Sadly they use the South African Post Office. You are a cheap skate if you choose this option!
If you want the package delivery guaranteed, please select the courier option like Citi Sprint or Berco.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
- It really depends on the shipping option you have selected. PostNet will take roughly 7-14 days while Berco and Citi Sprint will be more like 2 days for National and within a week for International deliveries.
- How do you manage back-orders?
- We hold as much stock as possible at the Hayibo.com HQ but many of our products are supplied by third parties. Generally, if the product you have ordered is not in stock it will be ordered/manufactured within 3 days. Sometimes new designs or products may take longer but that is what we aim for. Occasionally books are out of print. If this is the case we will place them on back-order with the supplier and notify you. We aim to have your products with you as soon as humanly possible.
- What is the sizing of your t-shirts?
- We sell Hayibo.com branded T-shirts but have also started selling third party t-shirts for some good chaps called Beermonkey. Below you will find specific sizings per brand of T.
